Via confirmation email sent to your registered email account immediately after checkout. Please contact us immediatelyIf you don't receive an email but money is deducted by the payment gateway  so we can resolve it.

What Happens If My Credit/Debit Card Has Been Compromised While Making A Payment Online?

What if I receive something other than I ordered?

Please contact us within 24hrs of receiving the package and we will sort this out. Allow me to serve you better next time.

How to use Gift Cards?

After a gift card is issued, the full gift card code is visible only to the customer because gift cards are considered currency. You can use that code on your next order. Note, only one code can be used at a time so use your discretion if you plan to use Gift Cards as a savings account on this store ♥️
