Honest Products provides you with a store credit code, excluding shipping for all returns. You can redeem this code on our website to shop any time or any thing later.
Applicable under these circumstances: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Contact us within 24-hrs of receiving your package to be eligible.

Please ensure that the product is unused, unopened. Notify us about the courier name and tracking number as soon as you have dispatched it. We want to keep an eye on it too!
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
What If Returned Product Couldn’t Pass The Quality Check?
Honest Products has the authority to re-send the product back to you if it doesn’t pass the quality–check. Before sending the product back to you, we will share the images with you showing the defect and will intimate you via email/Call.
To cancel your order, send us an e-mail at HonestCustomerCare@gmail within 24 business hours of placing the order. You will receive the confirmation of cancellation on your registered e-mail ID. If pre-paid order is canceled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount excluding shipping charges via store credit code. Self-ship returns-shipping amount will not be reimbursed.
