Before you book a hair appointment for our boutique in Pune, it would be great to get to know you a little bit more to ensure you get the best out of your appointment. We want you to feel comfortable and happy with your service so it's important we discuss what you want to achieve to ensure you book the perfect appointment.

- Answer these survey questions after payment and email pictures as requested on the survey, for this consultation.
- You will receive a Follow-up call within 48hrs (business days) of completion of the survey to discuss your needs.
- Your Appointment will be accepted/rejected based on this telecall discussion.
- If accepted, we will schedule your appointment as per your convenience and dates available.
- If rejected, we will redirect you to tips and sources to help you get accepted next time!
- Accepting only cash payments for appointments to simplify current setup.
- Consultation fees of INR 250 are non-refundable nor transferable to other products and services, post our call.
Things happen! If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please just let us know as soon as possible.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not have the time to proceed with your booking and will not refund you the consultation fee.
However we will do our utmost to accommodate you and schedule you in for another appointment.
If you are bringing a guest, please do call us and let us know. We are a small boutique salon with limited space for our clients to relax so please let us know in advance.
